These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoreVive website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or checking out, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Products, pricing, and availability
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, weight capacity, and included accessories. Product photographs are for illustration; minor variation in colour and finish can occur between production batches and between screens. All prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is selected at checkout, and exclude any import duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and are measured from dispatch rather than from order placement. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
6. Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, you may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers products that have not delivered the results you expected.
7. Health and safety notice
CoreVive products are intended for general fitness and wellness use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition. Stop using any product immediately if you experience pain and seek medical advice.
This notice is important. Pelvic floor training is a wellness activity, not a substitute for professional medical care.
8. Intellectual property
The CoreVive name, logo, product photography, written guides, and the design and code of this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages and to use our official social sharing tools.
9. Reviews and user content
When you submit a product review, comment, or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with our store. We may edit or remove any content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or off-topic.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, attempt to defraud us, abuse other customers, or interfere with the operation of the site. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that are not expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly — in our experience, most issues are resolved within a few emails.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
